Finally got my Escali (high capacity) Scale
Additional motivation came in the form of a trip to the clinic for a persistent cough. Doctor was less concerned about the “asthmatic bronchitis” (read: pnuemonia) than my blood pressure. So, back on meds for the blood pressure and a new goal to get off of them. Not that I achieved that before, rather I just quit taking them.
Life stresses not helping my blood pressure either, but, when asked if I thought things we going to settle down anytime soon I had to answer “no”.
Time to lose that competitive advantage for the weight loss competition and get in to ass-kicking shape.
